Peppermint: Peppermint oil contains many beneficial components, but one of the primary constituents that we need to mention is: Menthol. Eucalyptus: Eucalyptus oil helps to reduce pain and inflammation associated with many conditions. Eucalyptus oil contains 1.8 – cineole. This 1.8 – cineole was found to reduce inflammation and significantly reduce CRP (muscle stiffness, soreness, and weakness) at sites of inflammation throughout the entire body.
